STUDENT FEES

All student fees must be paid no later than Monday, September 13. Single Student Fee is $440.00. Second Child Fee is $290.00. Yearbook Fee (optional) $100 per yearbook.

FREE Practice SAT

Middletown Public Library will host free practice tests on the following dates:
Saturday, 9/11 SAT/ACT combo practice test 1-4:45 in the computer lab
Sunday, 9/19 PSAT practice test 1:30-4:00 in the computer lab
Monday, 9/27 PSAT test tips and strategies 6-7:00 in the computer lab
Monday, 9/27 SAT/ACT combo test tips and strategies 7-8:00 in the computer lab

SENIOR CLASS TRIP DEPOSIT

A $350.00 deposit is due to Mr. Masterson on Friday, September 10, 2010 for any senior planning on attending the Senior Class Trip next March to Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida.

CLASS OF 2011 RESUMES

All seniors must submit their Activity Resume to the Student Services Office no later than Monday, September 13, 2010. Any questions see Mr. Masterson.

The Mater Dei Prep parents are looking for your help!

Parents & friends of MD are looking to complete the bleacher renovation project this Saturday (9-4). All those able to support this cause are asked to come the Bulman Stadium 7AM on 9-4-10.

The 2010 - 2011 course offerings are in the process of being updated to reflect our new partnership with Seton Hall University. The course sequence and descriptions will be available soon.

UPDATE YOUR HONEYWELL INSTANT ALERT PROFILE

All Mater Dei parents and staff are asked to update their Honeywell Instant Alert Profile. Instructions are as follows:

Minimum Requirements
Register and create your account
1. Go to the Honeywell Instant Alert for Schools website listed above.
2. If you are not a staff member in the school, click on ‘Parent’ in the New User box.
3. If you are a staff member in the school, use the user name and password given to you by the school.
4. Complete the student information form. Click ‘Submit.’
5. Complete the corresponding screen. Click ‘Submit.’
6. After receiving the Confirmation message, click ‘Proceed’ to get started with Instant Alert.
7. Note: Remember your Login Name and Password so you may use it to update your profile.

View and check details about yourself and your family members
1. Upon successful login, click on ‘My Family.’
2. Click on a parent name to view and edit parent details.
3. Click on a student name to view details about your children enrolled in this school.

Configure alert settings for yourself
1. Click on ‘Alert Setup.’
2. Click on the check boxes to select which alert type you would like to have sent to which device. Click on ‘Save’ when complete.
3. If you would like to add another contact device, select the device type and enter the device details. Select the person to whom the device belongs and click on ‘Add.’
4. For e-mail, text messaging and pagers you may send yourself a test message. Click on ‘Send Test Message’ to send yourself a message.
